At Kiddy Kids Furniture, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for all our customers. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and are handled by professional third-party delivery carriers.
We partner with multiple delivery specialists to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This may result in your order being shipped in multiple shipments from different warehouses. Please note that shipping costs are calculated per shipment, not per total order, based on the warehouse location of your product(s).
Delivery speed depends on product type, availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas. You can find estimated delivery times on each product page. To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your zip code on the product page. If your area is not covered, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter for updates on new delivery zones.
Shipments are typically delivered Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. Some selected cities may have Saturday delivery options. Please contact us before your order is processed if you wish to confirm Saturday delivery availability. Note that not all requests may be accommodated.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please verify that the items will fit through your doors, staircases, or elevators in their original packaging. Dimensions are listed on each product page. Failed delivery attempts due to access issues may incur additional charges.
For shipments directed to freight forwarders, Kiddy Kids Furniture releases all responsibility for issues that may occur after the shipment is handed over to the freight forwarder.
Shipping Fee & Locations
Shipping fees are calculated per shipment based on your location and the value of the items shipped. Fees will be displayed during checkout. Orders containing multiple items may require multiple shipments, each with its associated shipping fee.
For certain locations, we offer free shipping on orders exceeding a specified value. Please enter your zip code during checkout to determine the applicable shipping fees or free shipping eligibility.
Types of Delivery
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: Your items will be delivered to the ground floor, lobby, or first dry area of your home. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or trash removal.
- Room of Choice Delivery: Your items will be delivered to the room of your choice, with up to two flights of stairs included. Additional fees apply for extra flights.
- White-Glove Delivery: This includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Additional fees apply for extra services.

Returns
How long do I have to return my item?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders, including items with selected finishes or upholstery, cannot be returned. However, custom orders may be canceled within two business days of placement.
How do I return my item?
- Small Items: Can be returned to our showroom or shipped back to us via mail.
- Furniture & Larger Items: Require pick-up arrangements. Please contact us to schedule a return.
